Description

Here are two OCs I made up for Hetalia- Axis powers! East and West Berlin. Though technically even though I came up with them I don’t own them anymore. I wasn’t doing anything with them so I handed them over to my friend Cassie who wrote this amazing fanfic about them based during the Cold War that I suggest reading: [link]

Anywho Profiles:

West Berlin (Ingrid Beillschmidt)-
A headstrong, stubborn girl who admittedly jumps to physical action without thinking things though first. She cares deeply for her twin brother Hans and isn’t really happy unless she’s sure he is safe. During the beginning of the Cold War she rarely ever got to see her brother or her uncle, Prussia, which was extremely upsetting. She managed to stay with her father (Germany) with the fear that Russia might make a move at any moment. During the Berlin Air-Lifts she was always hungry, but developed a “beggars can’t be choosers” attitude about food since it was America and England feeding her mostly. When the wall went up she feel into a deep depression. Ingrid became anorexic, losing all apatite since she could no longer see her brother. She only ate when her stepfather (Italy) cooked which was only once or twice a week and even then it wasn’t very much. She started eating a little bit more after she was introduced to Washington D.C. (or, as he liked to be called G.W. for Gorge Washington Jones) who she later became romantically involved with. The happiest moment of her life was when the wall was torn down and she was reunited with her brother.

East Berlin (Hans Beillschmidt)-
He was temporally Hans Braginsky-Beillschmidt when under the control of Russia. A smart, shy boy who was intrigued more with the tactical side of war. The most important thing in his life is his sister Ingrid, and he is never really happy unless he knows she is ok. As you could imagine Hans life wasn’t all that easy. Russia gave him pristine clothes to wear and had extremely high standards on how he should act. He was often beaten and rarely got to see his uncle, Prussia, since his uncle was more rebellious and was forced into living in more uncomfortable barracks. Though life wasn’t all bad he managed to make friends with the Baltic States, and whenever Ukraine (who became rather fond of him) of Belarus (who scared Russia) was around the beatings were less frequent. Prussia would jump in if it got particularly bad and if he was around. There was a silver lining- He became close friends with Russia’s daughter Moscow (or Galina). She tended to his wounds and was a emotional rock. Their was a problem with her that Hans managed to accept though- She had the power to stop the beatings, but she didn’t because, like her father, she enjoyed them. The sight of someone getting their face crushed enthralled her. After the wall went up he began to cut his wrists for the feeling of control. The happiest moment of his life was when the wall was torn down and he was reunited with his sister.
